There are many people who want to know what the best way to lose upper body fat is. Some of them want to lose their fat in their upper bodies while others want to lose it in their lower bodies. I have done a lot of research on this topic and have some good news and bad news. Here is what I discovered.
There are really only two main problems with storing fat in your upper body. The first major problem is your current size. If you are overweight, then you will definitely have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight and get into better shape. The second problem is that you are not burning enough calories to lose weight. So, the question you have to ask yourself is, "How do I lose weight and how do I keep it off?"
I recommend starting with strength training first. The reason I recommend strength training first is because it will build muscle and help you lose upper body fat faster than other types of exercises. I recommend doing exercises like pushups, pullups, squats, dips, lunges, shoulder presses and rows. The secret is to work your muscles and stimulate them. The great thing about these exercises is that they require you to exert effort so you are burning calories and building muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn while you are lifting.
Another way to burn calories and lose upper body fat burning exercises are to do interval training. I recommend doing interval training two to three times per week. Try running on the treadmill, jumping rope or jogging outside. All of these exercises increase your metabolism which means that your body burns more calories at rest. You can also do some more complicated exercises that will increase your stamina. These exercises include running on sand, bowling, playing tennis or cycling.
Now I want to talk about cardio. The best way to lose upper body fat and get ripped is to do interval training and weight training. These exercises will speed up your metabolism and help you burn more calories while you are resting. So, by doing cardio exercises, you will be able to lose weight and keep it off. The best cardio exercises to include in your routine are running, cycling, swimming, rowing, skating and stair climbing. Of course, don't forget your squats and pushups when doing cardio.
After you do your cardio, you should start working on your lower body and chest. This is where most of your weight loss happens. To lose upper body fat, you should focus on dead lifts, squats, bench press, military press and pull ups. To lose chest fat, you should do incline dumbbell presses and flat dumbbell presses. After working your chest for about a minute, you should switch to your biceps and triceps and then lastly you should do some triceps dips. As you can see, the whole process takes only a few minutes, which is why interval training and weight training are a great way to lose weight.
Now that you know what cardio is and what are the best ways to lose upper body fat, I want to talk about weight training. If you want to tone and sculpt your body, you should start working out with weights. Weight training is one of the best ways to lose upper body fat and sculpt a leaner, meaner body.
One important thing to remember is that you need to lift heavy weights if you want to lose fat and build muscle mass. The other important thing to remember is to work your muscles three times a week. When I say three times a week, I mean every alternate day and make sure that you do all sets until you have reached failure. Also, it is important to always make sure to breathe in a full controlled fashion and never hold your breath while you are working out.
